Freddy Chan, PA-C is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). He was born in Hong Kong and raised in Los Angeles. Freddy received his B.S. degree in Psychobiology from University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). He completed his Master Degree in Physician Assistant training at Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, California. In addition to English, he is fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin.
